What does exposure really mean? That’s the question we tackled in a game during our recent Marketing & Visibility Training Session.
Two teams were tasked with creating a short commercial all about Cornerstone Defense—why someone should want to work with us. The catch? One team had significantly more time than the other. ⏱️
The results spoke for themselves: the team with more time had the advantage to showcase our company more fully, make a stronger pitch, and leave a bigger impression. And that was exactly the point—exposure is everything. You can have the best message in the world, but without visibility (or enough “time on the clock”), it won’t have the impact it deserves.
This exercise tied directly into the bigger conversation about social media today:
✅ How exposure helps our voices and careers grow
✅ Why organic engagement matters more than ever
✅ And how every like, comment, and share gives Cornerstone—and YOU—more visibility
It was a fun, eye-opening reminder that when we lift each other up and amplify our message, we all win. 🙌
